Functional flexibility for the real World
Oh, I'm so glad to find this site! I'm a slim, active 61-year old woman with no health issues except for the fact that I'm freezing up! I've always had back and feet issues, but a bout with plantar fasciitis a couple of years ago has accelerated the problem radically. If I sit for more than 15 minutes, I have to slowly unbend like I'm 100 years old! I know I need stretches..now I know what kind. THANK YOU!
