OK, sorry there have been few updates, but I have been busy with projects. Go check out howtostretch.com. I updated it with easier directories, new colors, and (for the moment) did away with the frames. Let me know how you like it.

I have a new stretch DVD in the works right now, but it won't be ready for a few months. It will be like no other stretch DVD before it.
