One of the plans is to set up an interactive interface, so I can teach people how to stretch via the internet. I have several ideas, one is in beta testing right now. I am not sure it is going to be the ideal way, but maybe it will work.
A lot of folks ask me questions about stretching, and it is hard for me to answer them without seeing them stretch. I also have a day job :0), so whatever I do, has to be time efficient for me. Answering a ton of emails individually takes up a lot of time right now. Feedback? Ideas? I would like to hear what you have to say.

According to my chiro, my left hip is tilted inward and upward and he's trying to get it back where it was 25 years ago. I'm not convinced that it's a good idea, since I stay sore all the time. I know my tendons are tight and I need stretching, but how can I tell if it's something that I shouldn't be doing with this hip?

it is difficult to impossible for me to tell you precisely what to do/not do, since I don't know you and can't see the issue. Some soreness is good. I just posted a video on pain, there are references earlier in my blog as well as the pain page on howtostretch.com.
