So, what are your scores?

If you did the Flex test video, go to howtostretch.com/Flextest.html, score yourself, and let me know how you did.

This will help me with the DVD. It will be more catered to your stretch abilities.

Hi, Mark --- 30

You didn't say anything about warming up prior to taking the test (or I didn't listen), so you may want to address this.

I assume a score of 32 requires performing the hamstring test with both legs!

Some good points there Ollie. I would say do the test as you are, not warmed up. Then one would have a true picture of their muscle limberness.

The test is just reflecting one leg on the hamstrings not two. Most people are equally tight or loose in the hamstrings, so either would work. In rare occasions I find someone really loose on one side, really tight on the other. Then, they would factor the tight side because the flexible side does not need any work.
