This is such an amazing post! I have had the most horrible case of "stiff neck" for the past few months or so. I've tried so many things to try and relieve my pain, but even if it does go away, it comes back so quickly. It frustrates me so much, because sometimes the pain is so intense that I cry! I will be trying some of these new techniques this weekend. Hopefully, I'll be able to relax. Silverman Chiropractor
