I have 2 chi...I have been recently stretching cold. I have 2 children, and by the time my day is over, I am way too tired to go through a warm up. I looked for someone who may have wrote about stretching cold and came across yours. I was looking, because I was gaining my stretch faster when I stretched cold. I don't pull or or bounce on it. I start where it is comfortable and stay there. I actually feel my body doing a natural warm up through my legs. When it feels good I move a bit farther, cautious not to pull where there is pain, just discomfort. I have not injured myself and the gains are tremendous.
